This new OEM product is a reference design for companies that need a complete off-the-shelf device for their consumers. It replaces the Loop™ Pointer and includes numerous enhancements, such as a smaller and lighter form factor, new chipset and firmware for lower costs and better performance, nine buttons and a scroll wheel, and full 6-axis control to enable better gesture and game play.

The reference product is available in two models, the Scoop Pointer Remote and the Scoop Wireless Presenter.

• The Scoop Pointer Remote is optimized for PCs and Macs connected to flat-screen TVs. It lets consumers control TV applications comfortably from the couch.

• The Scoop Wireless Presenter is designed as a handheld wireless presenter for making presentations in educational and business settings and it includes a red laser pointer.
